Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world.

About the Role:

The role is part of the Global Sales & Services Technology team within GSSO. The Associate Director, Change Management will play a pivotal role in driving Change Management activities for critical Sales technology and reporting initiatives. This position will be responsible for ensuring successful awareness and adoption of Sales technology tools and reporting dashboards, enhancements, and processes by collaborating with various stakeholders, developing effective communications and resources, and measuring the impact of change efforts.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on a variety of Sales technology tools and reporting dashboards.

  • Develop engaging and easy-to-understand communications and resources – including presentations, emails, guides, videos, and intranet posts - to clearly convey key messages and drive adoption.

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Build strong partnerships with various stakeholders, ensuring they understand all change impacts and are fully supported throughout the change journey.

  • Collaborate with Sales Technology and Reporting teams and Sales teams to understand current Sales processes and workflows, enabling the creation of impactful change strategies and materials.

  • Provide constructive feedback to Sales Technology and Reporting teams to ensure their solutions meet Sales needs and drive business outcomes.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with minimum of 7 years’ experience in Operations, Communications or Sales roles

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and master technology tools and reporting dashboards

  • Experience with Salesforce and complex reporting dashboards preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences using tailored terminology and translate feedback across business units

  • Technical proficiency with Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated collaboration and partnership skills, ability to build connections quickly and exhibit emotional intelligence

  • Confidence to challenge stakeholder thinking constructively when necessary

  • Self-starter with a team mindset; highly motivated to work independently and collaboratively

  • Adaptable and results-driven; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines,
