Role Overview

Treasury and Payment Solutions (TPS) Sales is strengthening its Business Management function to support disciplined execution, data‑driven decision-making, and effective governance to ensure we are always go‑to‑market ready. We are looking for a team member who combines analytical strength, structured problem‑solving, and strong stakeholder management to support sales leadership in running a high‑performing TPS business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance intelligence and insights engine for TPS Sales by delivering executive-ready reporting and narratives that translate complex datasets from multiple sources into clear signals for leadership decision-making.
  • Support the financial planning rhythm for TPS Sales by preparing for forecast reviews and partnering with key stakeholders to identify variances early, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into performance against plan.
  • Enable and accelerate TPS Sales transformation initiatives by helping design and execute structured plans and coordinating cross-enterprise partners to drive clarity and momentum.
  • Strengthen the ecosystem that enables TPS Sales to win in market by building trusted relationships across multiple functions while navigating a complex organization.
  • Support the evolution of sales performance management by helping define KPIs, pipeline visibility, and operating cadences that dive accountability and clarity across TPS Sales.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tools, data infrastructure, and processes that enable TPS Sales teams to operate more efficiently in the market.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership and initiative, applying thoughtful and creative problem-solving to navigate ambiguity and drive high-priority initiatives forward for TPS Sales leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–7+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, or related fields. The work will demand both analytical rigor and business acumen.
  • A collaborative, relationship-driven approach with the credibility to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to synthesize large and complex datasets.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure into unstructured problems.
  • Ability to manage recurring and time-sensitive deliverables with precision.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, familiarity with Salesforce or pipeline management tools.

Salary:

$75,900.00 - $141,900.00

Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
