Key Responsibilities
MCV Strategy, Customer Insight & Value Proposition
- Development & execute comprehensive CVP strategies for the HNW MCI client segment, aligning with company goals & objectives.
- Delivery of the end-to-end of key projects and priorities by serving as a bridge between strategic planning and operational delivery with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate effective resource coordination.
- Define the customer value proposition of HNW MCI clients s via in-depth research & analysis on their consumer behavior and insurance needs
Project Management & End-to-End project Delivery
- Take ownership & delivery of corporate-level strategic projects, i.e. constructions of Integrated Medical Insurance Platform, ensuring delivery of tangible contributions to our business goals, operational efficiency and growth opportunities.
- Manage the full project life cycles from initiations, planning, execution to closure with effective governance mechanism
- Develop and track KPI to measure the success of company initiatives/projects.
Client Ecosystem Development & Resource Integration
- Design the development of a customer-centric “Insurance + Health/Lifestyle” service ecosystem for HNW MCI clients segment in China & Hong Kong to enchance client's benefits, increase loyalty and lifetime value, leading toward a seamless integration to company's product & services.
- Maximize the integration & optimization of multi-industry resources internally & externally (e.g., healthcare institutions, premium service providers, cross-border service platforms) to drive the implementation of service ecosystem initiatives.
- Uphold the content calendar for value-added resources to ensure timely delivery of service & resources to our clients.

Preferred Skills & Experience of an Ideal Candidate:
- Solid understanding of the CVP concepts and best practices in insurance industry
- Knowledge of HK insurance industry, experiences in agency development & recruitment will be an asset
- Knowledge of data analytics and performance measurement tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitor landscape and market dynamics
- Skilled in stakeholder management with excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Abilities to transform data into actionable insights to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Min. 6+ years exp in insurance agency management role, or similiar
- Fluency in English and Chinese
