Job Title: Associate Director, Business Systems Analysis

Role Summary

The Associate Director, Business Systems Analysis leads a team of business analysts and serves as a partner to business and technology leaders to translate strategy into scalable system solutions. This role is accountable for business requirements, process design, and solution alignment across enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, CPQ, Finance, Supply Chain), ensuring systems enable business outcomes, operational efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, setting standards for analysis, documentation, and delivery
  • Partner with business leaders, IT, and transformation teams to align systems strategy with business objectives
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives such as SAP migrations, system modernizations, and process transformations
  • Drive prioritization of demand and ensure resource alignment across initiatives

Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Oversee end‑to‑end requirements gathering, validation, and prioritization across complex, cross‑functional processes
  • Ensure high‑quality functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Facilitate current‑state and future‑state process design with a focus on standardization and simplification
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and integration standards

Governance & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a business systems advisor to executive stakeholders
  • Support governance forums by providing impact analysis, recommendations, and trade‑off decisions
  • Manage scope, dependencies, and risks related to business requirements and solution design
  • Serve as a key liaison between business teams, IT delivery, vendors, and global/shared services

Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with program and project managers to support on‑time, on‑budget delivery
  • Support testing strategy, UAT readiness, and business sign‑off
  • Champion change management and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product ownership, or related roles
  • 3+ years of people leadership or matrix team leadership experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, CPQ)
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and systems integration
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision‑making

Preferred

  • Experience leading or supporting large‑scale ERP implementations or transformations
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or SAFe delivery models
  • Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
  • MBA or advanced degree

Compensation:

$146,900.00 - $262,400.00 USD

 

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
