The Associate Director, Brand Manager Hematology, New Markets will support the commercial function responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that support the launch and post launch success of BeOne’s hematology products within the New Markets territories, in particular Israel, LATAM, MENA and South Africa.
This role will be critical in driving the marketing/brand strategic alignment within the Region, including launch in new territories for multiple indications.
The Associate Director, Brand Manager Hematology, will be working closely with the affiliates to support them in integrated brand planning and local strategy execution.
Reporting to the Hematology Brand Lead - New Markets, the role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Global Brand Teams, Legal, Supply, Compliance and the cross-functional teams in the affiliates & business partners.
Essential Functions of the job:
Assist in the development of clear, actionable, and differentiated brand strategies and assist in the development of cross functional strategic and tactical plans to support the commercialization and the growth of Hematology in the New Markets
Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to provide New Markets with specific marketing and commercial input (in strategic forums like GCSO organization, Regional Brand Team, Regulatory)
Responsible for the development and deployment of key Brand deliverables (brand plans, relevant brand assets, tactical plans, and ensuring cross-functional organizational alignment
Work with and manage consulting agencies for assigned projects and related budgets for assigned vendors.
Partner with Business Analytics on the development and delivery of market insights and KPIs that inform and measure commercial strategies, tactics, and product forecasts
Contribute to cross functional groups and workshops to develop commercial strategy, brand/tactical plans, and marketing budgets
Collaborate with local marketing teams to lead and align on marketing strategy and priorities, brand vision, brand positioning and disease/unmet need campaigns
Collaborate with local marketing teams to guide on localized brand assets including digital, tactical plans and brand plans
Based on analytics systems/CRM, track, report and consolidate at a NM level KPIs delivering strategic insights in terms of mapping, segmentation, targeting and engaging HCPs
Other Qualifications:
+8 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (including sales, KOL management, medical and market research roles, consulting for industry etc.).
Must have at least 5 years' experience in commercial/brand related roles
Global and/or international experience preferred
Skilled in influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.as well as senior level management
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including ability to synthesize data and deliver a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunity, and risks.
Strong strategic agility and decision making to succeed in a fast-paced and ambiguous marketplace
Oncology experience strongly preferred
Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Salary Range Switzerland: 162,300.00 CHF - 202,900.00 CHF
