Role

The Associate Director, Alliances Partner Strategy & Operations serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and drives innovation, operational excellence, and alignment across the company’s global partner ecosystem. This role leads a high-performing team to design and execute scalable partner programs that deliver measurable business impact.

This role can be based in Atlanta, GA or other major metropolitan areas with a CoStar Group office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & Operations
    • Partner Operations: Build and run a global partnerships organization to support all business functions in pursuit of corporate objectives.
    • Partner Program Management: Lead partner-engaged initiatives such as solution development and ecosystem engagement.
    • Partner Systems & Data: Own the technology and toolset supporting global partnerships and adjacent functions.
    • Tech Partner Ecosystem: Develop a portfolio of platform partners, ISVs, and adjacent consultancies.
  • Partner Revenue
    • Partner Field Engagement: Launch and scale the field engagement function to drive partner collaboration.
    • Partner-Attached Pipeline: Build and grow partner-attached pipeline to support revenue objectives.
  • Leadership
    • Attract Talent: Recruit, hire, train and onboard a team of high-performing Field Engagement Representatives.
    • Retain Talent: Lead, coach, and mentor the team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
    • Measure Progress: Create and maintain achievable KPIs that drive effective practices and increase revenue.
  • Travel required as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person, not-for-profit University or College.
  • 12+ years in strategic partnerships, ideally in SaaS or consulting.
  • 8+ years in program/operations management, with at least 3 years in partnerships.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, strategy execution, and change management.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Effective internal relationship building skills (superiors, peers, teams, company-wide) and externally (sales channels, customers, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company.
  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Real estate software solutions experience areas such as lease management, IWMS, lease accounting, project management software, etc.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market and industry is a plus.
  • An understanding of, and experience in selling, CoStar products and services.
  • Proven experience with CRM application like salesforce and effective use and process enforcement.

Salary: This position offers a base salary range of $140,000-$190,000 based on relevant skills and experience, in addition to commission opportunities as well as a generous benefits plan.
