OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

In-Store Media Planning & Campaign Support

  • Support the development of in-store media plans aligned to brand goals, shopper behavior, and seasonal priorities

  • Partner with Sales and Media Planning teams to match advertiser objectives with available in-store media placements

  • Assist in preparing planning materials, proposals, and store-level recommendations for brand partners

In-Store Media Inventory Management

  • Maintain inventory availability trackers and placement documentation across store locations

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate allocation of inventory by store, region, and campaign timing

  • Support reconciliation of sold vs. delivered in-store media placements

Support the socialization of performance insights across the enterprise and with brand partners

  • Report on performance of digital marketing tests for leadership and communicate through email/ presentations; disseminate insights internally in aggregate across vendors and campaign-specific reports

Foster Partnerships with Platform and Agency partners

  • Actively communicate and collaborate with third party marketing ad operations partner to successfully access relevant data

  • Develop and nurture relationships with agency partners to refine reporting outputs for all relevant channels

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing,  Finance, Economics

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or media marketing

  • Tableau (or related data visualization tool)

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, etc.) preferred

  • Knowledge of data mining / database structures

  • Familiarity with / Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs (e.g. CPM, IMPRESSIONS, CONVERSION RATES, etc…)
