The Associate Designer, Small Leather Goods (SLG's) will be responsible for working on multiple categories, including, mini bags, belts, money and tech, pieces hats etc., by collaborating with the design team and Design Director in the creative process, development and through production. The candidate must be creative, highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. They should be passionate about product and possess an elevated aesthetic and eye for detail to match the Tory Burch brand. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in handbag design, experience in belts and hat design is a plus.A Day in the Life:

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 60,000.00 USD - 75,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.Benefits Information
