This established West Coast dental practice is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a warm, collaborative, and patient-focused team. This role offers long-term stability within a high-demand practice, supported by strong mentorship, experienced staff, and a modern clinical environment. With a loyal patient base and schedules booked several weeks in advance, an incoming associate will step directly into an immediately busy schedule while benefiting from a supportive, team-oriented culture and long-term patient relationships.
Located in one of Newfoundland & Labrador’s most scenic regions, the practice offers an excellent balance of professional fulfillment and lifestyle, with the beautiful Gros Morne National Park nearby.
Schedule
This is a full-time opportunity, working five days per week.
Clinical Coverage & Support
Clinical support includes a Certified Dental Assistant, a strong hygiene program with four RDHs, and mentorship available from experienced clinicians.
Clinic Setup
The practice supports over 4,400 active patients and operates with six total chairs, including dedicated hygiene and associate operatories. The clinic runs five to six chairs daily in a modern, professional setting.

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
