Rutherford Village Dental is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice in Thornhill. This is an ideal opportunity for a confident and patient-focused dentist looking to build long-term relationships and provide comprehensive care in a supportive, technology-enabled environment. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your treatment approach while being backed by an experienced team and a steady patient flow.

Schedule

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Saturday: 1 per month (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Ideal Candidate

  • General Dentist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Skilled in restorative dentistry, endodontics, and extractions
  • Strong communicator with a patient-centered approach
  • Confident working independently within a team-driven setting

Practice Snapshot

  • Operatories: 6 total | 2 dedicated to each dentist
  • Hygiene: 2 daily (3 on Wednesdays)
  • Support: Fully staffed with CDA, hygienists, treatment coordinator, and admin team
  • Technology: Abeldent PMS, iTero Scanner, Digital X-rays | Fully paperless
  • Environment: Modern, well-maintained clinic with a private doctor’s office, washroom, and staff amenities
  • Location: Conveniently located in a busy plaza at Bathurst & Rutherford with ample free parking

      About You:

      • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

      • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

      • Valid CPR certification
