Associate Dentist - Rouge Valley Dental

Practice Overview

Rouge Valley Dental is a busy, well-established clinic located in a vibrant Pickering strip mall surrounded by medical services, grocery, and ample free parking. The practice supports a large and diverse patient base with strong hygiene flow and consistent new patient growth (20–25/month).

The clinic is fully staffed with an experienced CDA team, multiple hygienists, and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator. Operatories and equipment are modern, well maintained, and fully digital.

This is a tremendous opportunity to step into a very busy practice and have clinical autonomy to treat whatever is in your scope of practice!

Schedule

  • Tuesdays: 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Overlap with another provider from 12–4 p.m.

  • Saturdays (Every Other): 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Opportunity to add Fridays in the future for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years minimum clinical experience required

  • Confident working independently

  • Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport

  • Comfortable with a broad clinical scope (endo, surgery, with a focus on crown and bridge).

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
