Job Summary:
Oversee, administer, develop and direct all districtwide functions of Counseling Services and Student Care at Collin College including budgeting, staffing, supervision, programming, assessment, maintaining compliance with professional licensure obligations of all clinical Counseling Services staff. Provide leadership for Collin College’s Strategies of Behavioral Intervention Care Team. Provide professional counseling services and care coordination to students.Required Qualifications:

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Little physical effort required.
Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited institution and five (5) years of related experience.
Licenses and Certifications
Current State of Texas Licensed Professional Counselor license (LPC) required or current State of Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) required.
Current State of Texas Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor license (LPC-S) or current State of Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Supervisor license (LCSW-S) preferred.
