What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain database environments across development, testing, and production
- Monitor database performance and assist with optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot database incidents and implement improvements
- Support database migrations and infrastructure initiatives
- Apply best practices for performance tuning, backup & recovery, and database security
- Contribute to maintaining stable and highly available environments
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and support operational continuity
What You Bring
- Experience working with SQL Server and Oracle databases
- Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies
- Understanding of performance monitoring and database security
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Nice to Have
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Scripting experience (Shell, PowerShell, Unix)
- Database-related certifications
