About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to support data operations across ResearchPoint and Award Management platforms. This role involves managing data imports, executing grant cycle tasks, and gathering requirements through direct communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is professional, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and manage tasks from a ticket queue to ensure timely delivery
• Execute grant cycle management tasks based on client requests
• Review and process incoming forms and requests with high accuracy
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors via calls and emails
• Maintain accurate tracking of deliverables and escalate concerns when required
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must be a 2025 graduate with a technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Data, or equivalent)
• Internship experience of 0–6 months preferred but not mandatory
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
• Clear understanding of project management concepts
• Experience with Salesforce Certinia is a major plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overlap with US time zones if needed
