About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Customer Data Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer data across Salesforce and third-party platforms, ensuring high levels of accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, and external data vendors to maintain clean and reliable datasets, support data governance initiatives, and improve workflows through automation and integrations. What You’ll Do
  • Manage and maintain customer data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across records
  • Create, update, and manage customer accounts, ensuring proper categorization and alignment with internal data standards
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies to maintain a clean database
  • Manage and integrate data from third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with internal systems and business requirements
  • Monitor and enforce data governance policies and best practices for both internal and external data sources
  • Collaborate with external vendors to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability
  • Document and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for customer data management
  • Train internal teams on data entry standards and proper usage of Salesforce
  • Support the design and implementation of automation workflows for data entry, validation, and updates
  • Partner with IT and business teams to integrate third-party data sources and improve data flow
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, APIs, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning.
Technologies You’ll Work With
  • Salesforce (CRM)
  • Third-party data platforms and enrichment tools
  • Automation tools such as Salesforce Flow, Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar
  • Data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Basic querying tools such as SQL (preferred)
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data, IT, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in data management, CRM administration, data quality, or a related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce (Admin knowledge or certification is a plus)
  • Experience handling data quality, data cleansing, or CRM-related processes
  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and data management best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Interest in automation, data workflows, and improving operational efficiency
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Flow, Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar automation tools
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting/analytics tools
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
  • Exposure to API integrations and data pipelines
  • Experience working with third-party data providers or enrichment platforms
