Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage customer inquiries, including quotations, orders, delivery updates, and product information.
  • Coordinate and process customer purchase orders from end to end, efficiently and accurately managing return orders and claims issues.
  • Handle full sales order management in the ERP system, including delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and different internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate customer data and administrative follow‑up.
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and company standards in all order‑handling activities.
  • Contribute to a smooth customer experience through reliable daily operations.

Do You Want to Work in an Environment Where All Voices Are Respected? What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment, ideally within an order‑to‑cash process and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both the local Spanish and English.
  • Greek or any addition EU languages are a plus.
  • Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
