The Associate Creative Director will report to the VP, Creative. You will work closely with different teams to help turn Intapp’s brand and product stories into impactful marketing communication tools. The role will sit in the creative team within Marketing to contribute to projects such as marketing campaigns, web properties, events, social media, digital display, software applications, product demos, sales collateral, and more.
Developing a world-class brand is crucial as Intapp evolves. The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for helping to uplevel our conceptual output, visual expression and maintain a consistent motion design system and theory across Intapp’s internal and external products, communication and touchpoints. You have demonstrated experience with hands-on art direction, motion design and brand development are needed to take Intapp’s brand to the next level as we continue to grow.
What you will do:
• Reports to the VP, Creative but is part of a larger creative team, which includes working with designers, copywriters, and project managers while collaborating with marketers, the marketing ops team, external agencies, and freelancers
• Partners with copywriters to come up with conceptual campaign ideas, brand campaign expressions as well as mentor more junior staff
• Helps shape the visual motion expression of the brand in conjunction with the VP, Creative, designers, and the brand team
• Adheres to the strategy and direction of the VP, Creative to develop ideas, storyboards, motion systems and execution of animated assets that reflect the agreed-upon strategy and design direction that are appropriate for Intapp’s brand personality and tone
• Maintains awareness of latest art and visual trends in the advertising/marketing industry, across the web, social media, and film
• Be an advocate for the use of Ai tools and workflows where appropriate
What you will need:
• 5+ years of experience as an Associate Creative Director will have experience within an advertising agency or in-house creative department
• Confident in receiving and giving feedback
• Produces high-quality work with attention to detail under pressure and meets deadlines
• Collaborative, cooperative, communicative, flexible work style
• Must be able to provide an electronic portfolio/samples of work upon request
• Advanced knowledge of design tools in the Adobe Suite: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software as well as the Microsoft Office suite (PPT, Word, Excel, etc.) and Figma (or similar)
• Comfortable working with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, RoboHead, etc.) for project workflow
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and thoroughness in approach

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
