Your role: 

As an Associate Consultant, you will work as part of a team supporting our clients in defining and implementing their business IT strategies. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, develop your consulting skills, and contribute to projects that deliver real value to our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the delivery of tasks within IT and Business Strategy consulting engagements, working closely with more senior team members.

  • Conduct research and basic analysis to help solve client problems, utilizing available resources and guidance from the project team.

  • Assist in preparing cost/benefit analyses and business cases for technology investments, under the supervision of the engagement team.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of project activities related to new strategic initiatives or large-scale business and technology programs, within assigned areas.

  • Help prepare and organize materials for client presentations and reports, communicating findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to support the implementation of strategic initiatives, track progress, and gather feedback.

Expected skills and experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting or industry with similar responsibilities.

  • Interest or foundational knowledge in one or more of the following areas: IT and Business Strategies, IT Operating Models, Technology Transformation, IT Cost Optimization, or ERP Programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

  • Willingness to travel and work in a diverse, international environment.

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, and being Finnish security clearable.

  • Minimum Master’s degree.
