Associate Consultant - Patient Analytics

As a member of RWA Patient Analytics, you will be involved in analyzing longitudinal patient datasets, primary market research data & will help our clients in making fact-based decisions. You will be working in close collaboration with different stakeholders, and RWA teams across the globe. Your day-to-day activity will include working on regular standard projects & Ad-hoc requests from our clients and generating actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value and high-quality service.
• Check own work in an ongoing way to ensure first-time quality
• Use efficient programming techniques on Longitudinal patient data, EMR data & claims datasets.
• Assist in the production tracking & work on ad-hoc requests
• Assist in the coordination of project start-up activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets, and other required documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Require good analytical & problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SAS/Python/R & SQL. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of macro programming & SQL. Around 2-3 years of work experience is desired.
• Experience in Healthcare or Pharm industry is desired.
• Working knowledge of BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik is an added advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of the programming and reporting process.
• Ability to successfully work together with a (“virtual”) team (including international teams as required) as well as independently.
• Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives.
• Show commitment to and perform consistently deliver high quality work.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to change.
• Business/operational skills that include customer focus, commitment to quality management, and problem solving.
