  • Support Model Risk Management activities across financial, statistical, AI/ML, and GenAI models, aligned to the firm’s MRM framework and regulatory expectations.
  • Review and synthesize model documentation, validation outcomes, issue themes, and risk narratives to identify key insights and emerging risks.
  • Assist in evaluating conceptual soundness, assumptions, limitations, model use, and risk drivers, with increasing independence.
  • Contribute to model risk reporting, presentations, and briefing materials for internal forums and senior stakeholders.

AI and Emerging Risk Focus

  • Support work related to AI / ML / GenAI risk, including understanding risks related to explainability, bias, robustness, data dependency, governance, and appropriate use.
  • Track emerging trends in AI risk and responsible AI, and help translate technical topics into practical risk considerations.
  • Assist in developing thought pieces, discussion notes, and internal materials on emerging model and AI risk topics.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Coordinate across Model Risk, broader Risk teams, and India leadership, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging.
  • Partner with the India Risk Site Lead to support site‑level priorities, strategic initiatives, and engagement efforts.
  • Assist with planning and preparation of townhalls, leadership updates, site communications, and strategic presentations.
  • Translate complex technical and risk topics into clear, structured, executive‑ready communication.

Skills & Capabilities

Core Skills

  • Strong foundation and 5-7 years of experience in finance, risk management, quantitative analysis, or related disciplines, with exposure to model risk concepts.
  • Working knowledge of AI / ML concepts and strong interest in developing deeper expertise in GenAI and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, with the ability to connect dots, identify themes, and challenge existing approaches constructively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences.

Ways of Working

  • High degree of ownership, discretion, and judgment; trusted to handle sensitive and ambiguous topics.
