About the Role
As an Associate Consultant Analyst at IQVIA, you will leverage multiple data sources to deliver meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, develop data storyboards, and present findings that influence strategies across clinical research and commercial solutions. This role combines analytical expertise with client-facing impact, offering opportunities to innovate and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and robust protocol assessments to support proposals, early engagements, and awarded studies.
• Prepare materials for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct research into therapeutic areas using databases, scientific literature, and expert knowledge to draft data storyboards and insights reports.
• Lead insights meetings with internal stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Train and support new team members, sharing best practices and system expertise.
• Demonstrate proficiency with insights tools and methodologies to ensure accurate and impactful outputs.
• Manage project timelines and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the engagement.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences, health sciences, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or clinical research preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
