Job Summary
In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to define project requirements and ensure ongoing project progress, managing solar installation projects from sales handoff to end-user Activation. You will learn how to be responsible for coordinating schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely and effective project delivery with high-quality standards.

Essential Duties
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Develop effective roadmaps for large-scale projects with clear and concise timelines for completion.
  • Learn the project operations lifecycle for a solar roof projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our roofing partners and homeowners
  • Communicate with contractors and the sales team, to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Liaise between the sales and operations teams to support sales projects and deliver on completed projects.
  • Approve all new projects and review sales requirements submitted by the sales team and roofing partners to expedite project timelines.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Stay in constant communication with clients to ensure all needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Oversee the project order fulfillment process.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Work directly with Construction Managers and internal teams to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required
  • 1-year prior experience in project coordination or similar role Required
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, especially high-performing sales organizations Required
  • Strong and consistent communicator, upwards, and downwards. Good listener
  • Excellent coordination and planning skills
  • High energy/high sense of urgency/fast-paced and can think on his/her feet
  • Comfortable working as a team player in a start-up environment where no job is too small
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external functional teams verbally, in writing, and via presentations
  • Full-time, onsite presence required Monday through Friday

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $40,000-$55,000
