The Associate Program Manager - Technical, exercises good judgment and is responsible for managing non-routine assignments with minimal instruction. This role is accountable for resolving moderately complex program challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet program deliverables. The position requires solid communication and problem-solving skills to manage team interactions and deliver results aligned with business goals. Depending on the organization this role is aligned to, the role may be responsible for internal and/or external client-facing initiatives. This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.
What you will do:
Manage and deliver complex program deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve program challenges.
Develop program goals, timelines, and success metrics, aligning with customer requirements.
Identify program risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Provide regular program updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Manage multiple program components and coordinate efforts across teams.

Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
