Associate – Commercial Real Estate

The work at BLG is high profile and dynamic.  The Commercial Real Estate group manage multi-million dollar commercial transactions, complex real estate acquisitions, and mixed use development and infrastructure projects for both public and private clients. 

This is an opportunity to grow through the guidance of industry leading professionals and to learn best in class practices, to work directly with clients and to train and mentor junior lawyers.

We are looking for

• A lawyer with a minimum 3 years experience in commercial real estate transactions including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and complex mixed-use development projects, infrastructure projects and construction contracts.
• The candidate must be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000, depending on level of experience, region/location, and other factors.
