We are currently looking for a professional to join our Clinical Systems Support team in Sofia, whose primary responsibility is to provide support for different clinical systems to end users.

*This position is suitable for blind and partially sighted individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with life-science personnel to resolve clinical application/system issues.
  • Work with Clinical, IT, and operational teams to address incidents and service requests.
  • Perform administrative tasks like system access and privilege management.
  • Ensure data quality by adhering to SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
