Job Description

Department Description:  APAC Client Operations (“CO”) provides well-rounded services through offering standard/ad-hoc reporting pack, product/fund data, and onboarding activities coverage across investments, sales, marketing and back office operation to Invesco’s clients, e.g.

  • Support sales team to identify clients’ needs and determine strategy fit by providing RFP/RFI/Presentation support
  • Co-create relationship through onboarding activities when take-on clients
  • Provide product reporting/client reporting for relationship management
  • Maintain existing / prospecting clients’ enquiries
  • Provide product factsheet information and relevant solutions.
  • Bespoke reporting to clients, consultants, and external data vendors
  • Key global distribution services business project management, controls, and systems enhancement

About the Role

  • Support APAC institutional client reporting & product reporting tasks, which include, review month-end portfolio validations, prepare customized client/product reports and address ad-hoc client requests.
  • Ensure all production support work flow is smooth and production requests are handled timely.
  • Participate in issue investigation and research.
  • Escalate reporting issues to ensure issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively contribute ideas, research and recommend continuous improvement opportunities (e.g. automate production).  Participate in approved continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement for the Role:

  • Require a University degree in Accounting, Finance or business area of concentration.
  • Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of experience is welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of fund/segregated mandate operations is plus.
  • Articulate with good command of written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin. 
  • Demonstrable strong capabilities in building relationship with external / internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particular VBA is desirable.
  • Focus on teamwork and demonstrate problem solving attitude
  • Ability to resolve complex issues with minimum supervision required
  • Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals is required
