Job Summary:

  • Provide operational and administrative support to clearing operations for cash equities, derivatives and OTC markets; resolve exceptions and contingency situations promptly and professionally.

  • Execute efficient operational processes to deliver high-quality services and support new business initiatives.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties/market participants on daily operations and new clearing products/services.

  • Support project delivery, including gathering user requirements and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Build and maintain strong operational relationships with participants by delivering service improvements and timely support.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3-4  years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably in middle- to back-office operations, or cash management experience, covering cash equities, derivatives and/or OTC markets.

  • Knowledge of, or experience with, fixed income products is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated with strong team spirit; able to communicate clearly and openly. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills and risk awareness in day-to-day operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is an advantage.
