Education / 教育背景

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.工程、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；

Experience and skills /经验与技能

• 3+ years in manufacturing continuous improvement, medical device industry preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above certified.
• 3年以上制造业持续改进经验，医疗器械行业优先；具备精益六西格玛绿带或以上认证；
• Proficient in VSM, SMED, and other lean tools;

• Familiar with IIoT and data analysis tools (Minitab/Tableau);
