Your Role at impact.com:

Role Overview: You will join impact.com's Channel Partnerships team, responsible for identifying, establishing, and deepening relationships with partners within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem, including agencies, Trade Partners (TPs), and marketing service platforms. Your objective is to expand high-quality customer leads for Impact’s sales team, drive pipeline growth, and facilitate deep business synergy. While this role does not require direct closing of deals, you will serve as a key front-end liaison, securing brand resources and partnership opportunities for the sales department. We are looking for a candidate with structured thinking and excellent coordination skills who understands the agency ecosystem in the outbound marketing industry and can create tangible business value through collaboration.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner Scouting: Continuously identify and screen premium channel partners, such as cross-border e-commerce TPs and digital marketing agencies.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Proactively initiate contact and drive preliminary engagements to schedule effective meetings for the Head of Channel Development.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to established cooperation, ensuring continuous interaction.
  • Lead Generation: Acquire brand client resources and sales leads from partners to drive potential business opportunities into the company’s sales pipeline.
  • CRM Maintenance: Assist in managing the lead referral process, ensuring the integrity and timely update of client information and opportunity data within the CRM.
  • Meeting Support: Support the preparation and follow-up of periodic business reviews and communication meetings with partners.
  • Reporting: Summarize channel expansion achievements and business progress; assist in preparing relevant reports and presentation materials.
  • Internal Liaison: Act as a bridge between the internal Channel team and functions such as Sales and Marketing to enhance cross-functional efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Participate in formulating and optimizing channel development workflows and management mechanisms.
  • Other Tasks: Complete other related tasks as assigned by the company.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS or the digital marketing industry; a background in channel development or business development (BD) is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the outbound brand marketing sector; understanding the roles and operational models of agencies and TPs.
  • Tools: Proficient in Salesforce or other mainstream CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build and maintain multi-party partnerships.
  • Data Literacy: Strong data awareness, capable of organizing and analyzing key metrics such as sales leads and partnership conversion rates.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and other office productivity tools.
  • Language: Good English reading and writing skills, capable of processing basic English materials.
  • Work Style: Ability to drive projects independently and adapt to a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally.
