Key Responsibilities
- Support multi-disciplinary project teams engaged in complex transformation initiatives.
- Conduct structured analysis of business processes and systems.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
- Engage stakeholders, including executives, to understand challenges and communicate insights clearly.
- Quantify benefits, costs, and resource requirements of improvement initiatives.
- Prepare materials for cross-functional workshops, conduct data-driven analysis, and engage stakeholders to map current processes, design future state processes, and define key performance indicators
- Support change management efforts by executing communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable adoption
- Identify metrics and use data-driven insights to monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for successful project outcomes
- Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement digital solutions and automation opportunities, including emerging technologies
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or related field
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Power Apps platform
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Demonstrated experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies, such as; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ADKAR, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex business process improvement projects
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, planning, risk management, etc.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate customers, reach consensus, and foster a culture of inclusion, curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working in cross-functional teams or dynamic environments
- Experience in energy industry a plus
$93,000 - $113,000 USD Annual
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
