The Role
The Associate Business Manager provides essential analytical, operational, and coordination support to the Business Director, APAC. The role focuses on project coordination, preparation of business materials, financial tracking, and supporting cross‑regional processes. This position will interact mainly with the Business Director and, where required, the Managing Director, APAC and APAC President. Stakeholder management responsibilities will be at a supporting rather than leadership level, with an emphasis on internal coordination, follow‑up, and ensuring smooth information flow.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams efficiently. They should demonstrate strong analytical skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination & Internal Support
- Support communication and coordination between the Business Director and APAC regional offices.
- Assist in maintaining clear information flow across teams.
- Serve as an internal point of coordination for information requests, updates, and follow‑up items.
- Provide administrative and operational support for APAC‑wide initiatives.
2. Project Support & Business Planning
- Assist in driving APAC business planning cycles by consolidating inputs and updating trackers.
- Support execution of business projects such as corporate client initiatives and performance tracking.
- Maintain project plans and follow up on deliverables.
- Coordinate across departments to gather data and ensure timely completion of tasks.
3. Meeting Preparation & Executive Support
- Support meeting preparation, scheduling, agenda drafting, and minutes documentation.
- Assist in preparing documents for pipeline reviews and leadership forums.
- Coordinate APAC briefings for international sale and private sale flip‑throughs.
- Provide support for Shanghai sales and cross‑category initiatives.
4. Business & Market Analysis
- Assist in gathering and interpreting data on business performance and market trends.
- Prepare analytical summaries highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support identification of insights for APAC planning and discussions.
- Ensure leadership has timely and accurate information.
5. Financial Tracking & Budget Support
- Support monitoring of business‑getting targets and expense budgets.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and variance analyses.
- Help assemble business cases for internal reviews.
6. Presentation Development & Communication
- Prepare high‑quality internal presentations.
- Translate data and insights into structured, visually clear materials.
- Maintain consistency of format and messaging.
The Candidate – Skills & Experience
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of experience in business management support, project coordination, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Experience preparing management materials and working in matrixed organizations.
- Strong experience in coordination roles.

Salary Range
HKD300,000 - 420,000
