What You’ll Be Doing

The Associate will play a key supporting role within the Office of the CEO, working closely with the Sr. Director, Strategic Planning & Execution, and the broader team to ensure smooth execution of strategic, operational, and administrative priorities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly established function at the center of the bank’s leadership, with exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and senior executives.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Operational & Administrative Support: You provide essential operational and administrative support by taking ownership of day-to-day business management activities that ensure the seamless functioning of the Office of the CEO. You deliver and measure key business management processes including daily operations, process improvements, and business performance reporting - while ensuring ongoing benchmarking and alignment with key controls, bank policies, procedures, and regulations. You actively support the efficiency and completeness of operational processes, identify new priorities, and take initiative to develop, manage, and implement new or enhanced processes as needed.

  • Project & Initiative Management: You play a key role in managing and executing initiatives for the Office of the CEO, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with strategic priorities. You demonstrate agility by supporting a diverse range of activities—from tactical execution and coordination to advanced analysis and project support - as you adapt to the evolving needs of the Office.

  • Executive Support & Communication: You provide impactful executive support by preparing clear, compelling presentations and summaries that facilitate informed decision-making. You proactively engage with internal stakeholders across the bank to foster alignment, enhance communication, and drive effective issue resolution.

  • Research & Strategic Analysis: You conduct thorough research and strategic analysis, synthesizing complex information to effectively support key initiatives and respond to leadership requests with actionable insights.

Who You Are

  • You have a degree in Finance, business or related field. 

  • You can demonstrate 3 years of relevant industry experience. You have demonstrated experience in organizational, business management, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • You bring exceptional communication skills. Your advanced written and verbal abilities, coupled with your talent for distilling and articulating the results and implications of complex analyses to internal stakeholders, enable you to drive understanding and informed decision-making across the organization.

Your high level of adaptability and agility enables you to thrive in ambiguous environments, readily embracing change and delivering results on unexpected tasks without hesitation.

  • You have advanced technical skills. Your expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint enables you to efficiently analyze data, create compelling presentations, and support business objectives with precision.
