Process Fundings timely and accurately. Perform Review on new loans and loan documentation reviews for accuracy, then bridge the loan. Ensure documents are executed. Process missing and pending and hazard insurance.

What you will do

• Ensure loans bridged to the system daily.
• Prepare timely and accurate fundings of new loans
• Review Loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before bridge
• Identify discrepancies and report them for corrections.
• Ensure collateral is secured on collateral loans (IE: Deeds UCC1, Title etc.) .
• Handle department wires and releases as needed.
• Ensure pertinent documentation is imaged and retained

Education Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred
• Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.

Experience Qualifications

• post closing experience preferred.
• Working experience with reading, understanding documents, and ensuring loan close according to policy and procedure required
• Experience in Microsoft Excel Preferred.

  The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 USD hourly. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
