To support this growth journey, we are looking for a budding marketer who possesses both operational mastery as well as a creative acumen in equal parts and is looking to further their marketing career in a world-class marketing organization.
As the Portfolio and Brand Lead for Maille in Canada, a strategic super-premium business, you will nurture the brand and shape its growth trajectory, leading it operationally in partnership with cross-functional teams, and develop and execute its end-to-end portfolio and marketing strategy along with the category lead for Condiments.
Who You Are & What You will Do
The position would be that of an Associate Brand Manager, reporting into the category lead for Canada Condiments. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of experience under their belt to develop independent leadership and marketing ownership skills.
We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running, demonstrate elevated levels of responsibility, ownership, and desire to develop within the exciting and demanding world of Foods. Within this position you will be required to:

The ideal candidate is passionate about building brands. They have strong analytic ability and business acumen, while possessing a love for creative and marketing. They like to think big picture but then get their hands dirty and execute and overall are driven by results and making a difference in people’s lives.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,900-$127,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
