The Opportunity

This position is based at our Mississauga office within the Diabetes Care division and requires on‑site presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day.  We're focused on helping people with diabetes, manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.  As the Associate Brand Manager, you’ll have the chance to help define, manage, and track marketing strategy and promotional plan for the HCP marketing team.

What You'll Do

  • Work with HCP marketing team to develop new resources/tools aimed at healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with the marketing, communication and other ADC divisions for shared conferences and events.

  • Interact with external partners such as creative agency, internal resources (local and international) and Global Strategic Marketing

  • Track marketing project expenses and assist in managing the budget.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • At least two years of marketing/product management experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of Canadian healthcare landscape.

  • Knowledge of brand and market dynamics, knowledge of financial processes, familiarity with GCP/SOP, etc.

  • Provide customer service excellence.

  • Excel at research, possesses excellent writing skills and the ability to build editorial content and technical writing.

  • Experience sourcing and managing content development.

  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.

  • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possess strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Independent thinking, resourcefulness and problem-solving.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $87,000.00 to $127,600.00 CAD. The salary range provided applies to Canada only and does not apply to any other locations outside of Canada.
