About the job

As Associate Brand Manager – Dermatology VIE within our cross functional Sanofi UK and Ireland team, you’ll be combining marketing fundamentals with broader business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and healthcare industry knowledge, supporting mainly Dermatology with some cross immunology team support.

This position sits within Sanofi's commercial organization, supporting the company's mission to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. The role contributes to Sanofi's market presence and the delivery of important healthcare solutions to patients across the UK and Ireland.

Main responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Implementation: Executing brand plans and tactical initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns for assigned products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, and other departments to ensure aligned execution.
  • Business Planning: Contributing to annual brand planning processes and budget management.
  • Market Analysis: Analysing market data, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Digital Marketing: Implementing digital and omnichannel strategies to reach healthcare professionals.
  • Customer Experience: Ensuring consistent and valuable brand experiences for healthcare professionals.

About you

Experience:

  • Prior experience in the Marketing field, and/or pharmaceutical industry would be appreciated.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with changing environments and learning new concepts.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication across different audiences.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
