Our CVRM team leads one of AZ’s biggest growth engines. Forxiga spans primary care and specialty care across endocrinology, nephrology and cardiology. You’ll join a high‑performing team with deep tenure and a strong coaching culture, delivering at pace in a competitive market while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality.

What you’ll do

  • Execute integrated brand tactics for Forxiga across channels (field materials, digital, events) within medical/legal guidance and AZ compliance.
  • Build, adapt and manage high‑quality promotional materials; brief agencies and partners; lead approval processes.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Digital and Compliance to ensure timely, effective pull‑through to a 100+ person field team.
  • Support H2 planning and new indication roll‑outs; pivot priorities as market dynamics evolve; capture field feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Track tactic performance and quality; synthesize insights to optimize impact and efficiency.
  • Participate in brand workshops to understand strategy and make sound tactical decisions aligned to brand objectives.

Essential for the role

  • 1–2+ years in marketing/commercial roles with strong execution ownership; pharma experience preferred (adjacent industries considered).
  • Degree in Marketing/Business preferred; Science degree with clear commercial intent considered.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace with high quality.
  • Strong cross‑functional stakeholder skills; clear, concise communication and ability to say “no” constructively.
  • Digital/omnichannel mindset integrated with brand tactics and an understanding of compliance constraints.
  • High learning agility; analytical thinking to translate data and feedback into action.

Desirable for the role

  • Experience briefing agencies and navigating medical/legal approval processes.
  • Exposure to both primary care and specialty care markets.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and insight tools for marketing effectiveness.
