JOB DESCRIPTION:
Market analysis:
- Analyze and monitor brand and competitive performance at ethical channels to identify new opportunities and potential risks to the business
- Continuously evaluate HCP insights to drive omnichannel engagement and define HCP and patient journey in different disease areas
- Applies knowledge of therapeutic area, product details, clinical support and brand’s positioning to develop marketing materials
Marketing management
- Executes on marketing activities as assigned as part of the Ethical Marketing Team.
- Implements upstream HCP activations as part of marketing campaigns (eg., Sponsorship, patient program, CME, advisory board etc)
- Manage the development of marketing and sales aid/promotional materials for Field Sales to effectively promote and sell the product.
- Providing training to Field Sales on product knowledge and marketing activations
- Collaborate with medical affairs & Field Sales on HCP KOLs’ endorsement and engagement activities
Cross functional collaboration
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives. These groups includes Field Sales, Brand team, CRM team, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Compliance, and external vendors or agencies.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior by demonstrating integrity and transparency
Execution Excellence & Business Tracking
- Independently manage external medical agencies and vendors to ensure flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Closely track competitive activities, category dynamics and brand performance with regular insights reporting for management.
- Monitor and manage A&P budgets to ensure investment efficiency and ROI.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Science, Nutrition or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/brand management; experience in healthcare/ pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Familiar with ethical channel metrics and ethics policy .
- High agility, persistent, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure with resilience and ownership.
- A proactive, analytical team player with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin an advantage.
