Background & Purpose of the Job

We are searching for an Associate Brand Operations Manager to support and drive exciting growth initiatives for the UFS NA Condiments category. This role is focused on the Hellmann’s Mayonnaise brand, the biggest brand and category for UFS North America with strong momentum in sales, share, and margin growth. The Associate Brand Manager will play a lead role in delivering the breakthrough innovations aiming to disrupt the category and create new revenue streams for the business.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting trajectory for the Hellmann’s brand and a key strategic growth platform for UFS North America, with a strong focus on innovation and operations.


Who You Are and What You'll Do

• Project Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of key innovation projects, including concept development and testing, defining the launch mix, stakeholder management and gatekeeping, business case, and go-to-market strategy.
• Channel Expert: Deeply understand our two key target operator groups (Large Chains & CPUs), and support CD colleagues in bringing innovations and activations that support our growth ambitions with these customers.
• Data Management: Work closely with Finance, CD Ops, Supply Chain & Master Data to ensure flawless product information flows seamlessly between systems


What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s desired.
• Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience required, with a focus on innovation & renovation project management and operations.
• Skills: Exceptional project management and organizational skills; strong financial acumen and commercial understanding.
• Attributes: A natural self-starter with an obsession for detail; strong leadership and project management skills; relentless drive to deliver on-time and in-full; the ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid working environment.
• Passion: Demonstrated passion for innovation, ideally within the foods / foodservice industry.
• Note that this role is office-based, with a minimum of 2 days per week required in the Hoboken office with Tuesdays being our mandatory ‘anchor’ day where we come together as a team.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.  

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
