About this role
We are looking for a new team member to join the APAC Regional Sales Support (RSS) Team, based in Taiwan. Established in August 2025, the Regional Sales Support team is dedicated to enabling growth and delivering value for clients across all markets. Our mission is to provide innovative, curated, and commercially focused support that empowers our regional sales teams.
The team works closely with both Wealth and Institutional Client Business across APAC to support a growing regional client base and ensure smooth daily operations in partnership with functional teams.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and client-focused, with the ability to manage a broad range of general sales support tasks while ensuring outcomes align with business objectives and client needs. They will quickly understand end-to-end processes, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and manage expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A strong problem-solving mindset is essential, along with the ability to leverage tools, systems, and automation to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Play a crucial part in driving APAC sales support, making a meaningful impact on client business and contributing to the overall success of our regional operations
Prepare internal and client reports, including factsheets, and manage essential internal sales support processes.
Ideate and support process redesign and automation, using AI and other tools within the Regional Sales Support Team to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Use cutting-edge tools to develop management information reporting and analytics that empower sales and service teams across APAC.
Consolidate data input from multiple sources to produce internal recurring and ad-hoc reports.
Key Requirements:
Experience in asset management or financial services is preferred, preferably in a client-facing, sales support, or operational role; knowledge of financial products is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel (including automation), with experience in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and Python preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage tools, automation, and emerging technologies (including AI) to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
Proven problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Business-level Japanese proficiency is a plus.
Professional licenses required for the role include SITCA qualifications (Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professional).
