Primary Function:

Analyst, Logistics role for Cost Savings and Flexible Mfg Capability  Projects. Job entails enablement of Product BOM, Part Structures and creation of Product Master Data on Different Promis Instances,  coordination of activities & deliverables from Project Initiation to completion of Reliability qualification working closely with key partners; Project Lead, Business Unit Managers, Test Engineers, External Mfg team, Product Data Management, MES IT, Quality & Reliability Engineering and AFO experts to ensure that Solution qualification progress on a timely manners; deliverable are met and system readiness (MES) is in place & product data information on various Supply Chain and Mfg tools are enable and maintained.

Responsibilities also includes managing supply and tracking milestones from different stages of the project.

Educational Background:
College Graduate, preferably Engineering or Business-related courses.

Experience:

Background in SAP, SQL and Tableau is an advantage

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

Has good communication skills, self-driven and is a team player.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Support Resiliency Projects- Partner with Project teams, supports Logistics & keep track different Project Milestones: Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Manage Supply – Engg Look ahead, Qual & PCN lots ( Racetrack)
  • Manage Material Availability Date (MAD)
  • Manage System (Mfg & Planning)  Readiness – ECN for BOM & Route, SLR/ADHOC, & Material Readiness
  • Scheduling Lot – EngPat, Assembly ADHOC, Probe/FT Engg Adhoc, FP/Mission Critical
  • Maintains Data Integrity -SAP/Camstar Lot Attributes
  • Maintains Time Phase Planning assumptions : APR CP3 and CP4 Dates
  • Maintains Expedite Tool for Assembly and Supplier prioritization
  • Resource Planning; Quarterly LSR Forecast/ENGPat Reservation; Weekly Resource Allocations

2. Work with concerned groups enable for planned execution happen and be able to meet the desired timeline.

  • PDM-on part Creation request in various Promis Instances
  • Promis IT- on part number creation and activation on various Promis Instance
  • Line and Capacity Planning – Scheduling and Eng’g resources allocation
  • Test Product Quality Engineering, Transfer Team – on priorities and completion of T0 lots, APR checklist completion
  • Reliability Engineering- oversee Qual date and maintains M4, M5 Date completion
  • Transfer Operations team- on BOM
  • Switch Supply Chain- Scheduling and tracking of Supply on different stages of the operations
  • Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
  • Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
