Your Role:

The Associate Analyst works within the Strategy and Execution team to provide project management resources cross-functionally within the Americas and EMEA RFP & Global Databases Team as well as manage and report on workflow for the broader team.

This position is well suited for someone relatively early in their career who would like broad exposure to our team and our firm as well as the chance to develop project management and operational skills.  The successful candidate will have the ability to take on both large, strategic projects as well as more detail-oriented tasks such as mailbox management and reporting.  Technical skills and interest and background in AI and automation will be helpful.  This position will provide the candidate with opportunities and visibility within and outside of our team, including exposure to senior leaders.  Based in Henley, the candidate will serve as the point of contact for the Strategy and Execution team locally.

What you will be doing:

Project Management:

  • Provide project management resources within the Americas and EMEA RFP & Global Databases Team.

  • Play an integral role in strategic projects that drive the team’s overall efforts and success.

  • Plan, lead, and document project meetings among various stakeholders.

  • Communicate with and assign tasks to internal team members and external partners.

  • Track progress and compile regular updates on the project to present to leadership.

  • Draft presentations and communications regarding project rollouts.

Workflow Management:

  • Manage the shared team mailbox.

  • Receive and route all incoming deliverables (i.e. RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, etc.) for the team.

  • Work with other managers assign deliverables to writers.

  • Determine which deliverables are compatible and should be loaded to Responsive.

  • Load and tag/prepare documents in Responsive prior to assignment to writer.

Reporting:

  • Create custom reports in Responsive to assist in work allocation and activity reporting.

  • Update and manage Power BI dashboards relating to team capacity and activity.

  • Clean and compile quarterly reporting data for distribution to senior management.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience working collaboratively on a team.

  • Asset Management and/or Marketing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Interest and experience in AI and automation.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

  • Knowledge of Responsive, Salesforce, and Power BI preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Project management and organizational skills.

  • Able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships.

  • Demonstrates drive and initiative; willingness to tackle new challenges.

  • Must be a team player, results-oriented, and attentive to detail.

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and subject matter experts.

  • Follow-up skills required.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
