About the Role

This role is part of the Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) and the main responsibilities would be performing various tasks in AP、AR and TE functions to support divisional operations. You will ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with your works what you are responsible for, while continuously driving process improvements in a standardized and efficient shared service environment.

What You Will Do

  • Accurately and timely post 3rd party invoices in SAP and arrange payment by bi-weekly to 3rd party vendors.
  • GRNI Report and AP aging, and clear long aged GRNI and AP in a timely way.
  • Billing run and supporting validation and filing for 3rd party customers.
  • Sales breakdown and AR aging report preparation.
  • AR collection, clearing and bad debt provision calculation.
  • Overdue AR dunning.
  • Ensure timely review of employee reimbursement expenses based on company compliance policy.
  • Accurate record of daily T&E transactions to SAP system.
  • Arrange payment by bi-weekly to employees.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, tax reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and SOP updates.
  • Complete other ad-hoc or special accounting tasks as assigned.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics.
  • 1-5 years related working experience.
  • SAP experience is a preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Good command of written & Spoken English and Japanese for daily work communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of ownership, ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Team player and Self motivated.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Have experience in SSC or multinational company finance work.
  • Have experience in process optimization or project management.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA system implementation or go-live.
