About the Role

The Associate Account Executive, Velocity is responsible for driving Velocity revenue within an assigned territory to ensure the achievement and overachievement of individual sales quotas. The role focuses on proactive pipeline generation, opportunity management, forecasting, and closing new business within the Velocity segment. The position requires close collaboration with partners, field sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and customer satisfaction. 

What You’ll Do

Sales Execution & Revenue Generation 

  • Drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth of the company through consistent achievement of individual sales quotas. 
  • Manages and closes opportunities in the Velocity segment  
  • Actively creates and develops pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email campaigns. 
  • Initiates and manages inbound and outbound sales activities from partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities, and lead generation lists. 
  • Coordinates sales activities with partners, distributors, consultants, and resellers to identify and close new business. 

Pipeline Management, Forecasting & Planning 

  • Provides accurate forecasting and sales planning for assigned accounts and new opportunities. 
  • Meets defined KPIs including, but not limited to, quota attainment, activity levels, phone time, and new opportunities created. 
  • Maintains pipeline hygiene and data accuracy in the CRM system (Salesforce.com). 
  • Proactively follows up on all active opportunities to drive timely closure. 

Customer Engagement & Opportunity Support 

  • Conducts ongoing customer needs analysis and research on customer business and technical requirements. 
  • Provides support to prospects and customers including follow-up, product information, quotations, proposals, and deal closures. 
  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with customers and partners to support long-term business growth. 
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered) 
  • English and German 
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred 
  • Ability to act in a fast-paced environment, drive large volumes of deals, maintain accurate pipeline and CRM Hygiene for a high number of opportunities, prioritize and maintain a sharp focus, strategic vision. 
  • Self-education on sales and technical related matters; 
  • Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving; 
  • Good communication skills; 
  • Capacity to understand clients’ needs; 
  • Negotiation skills;
