How you will make an impact:
• Provide routine accounts payable support including ensuring the accuracy of the supplier's data.
• May assist in accounting projects as needed (e.g, internal, external, year-end, and SOX audits).
• Resolve issues to bring invoices to closure by collaborating with other departments or suppliers.
• Provide routine administrative support, including computer file organization and mailbox monitoring.
• Other incidental duties
What you´ll need (Required):
H.S. Diploma or equivalent and directly related experience working in accounting support.
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP application; preferably JDE.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of local GAAP/GAAS as it relates to function.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of and adherence to EW policies and procedures.
