Overall Purpose: Lead the strategic planning and initiative execution for the Digital Consumer organization to deliver on annual and long-range financial and business targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Support the development and implementation of annual strategic plans for the Digital Consumer Organization. Translate company vision and objectives into actionable roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution, driving timely and on-budget delivery. Facilitate collaboration across product, marketing, technology, operations, and other business units to ensure cohesive execution of digital strategies.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
Conduct rigorous analyses to assess business performance, identify operational gaps, and uncover new opportunities for growth and efficiency. Develop actionable recommendations based on data insights, market trends, and customer feedback.
Business Case Development & ROI Assessment:
Build robust business cases for proposed initiatives, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessment. Evaluate and track the ROI of new projects and strategic investments, providing clear recommendations to executive leadership.
Talent Development & Team Leadership:
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive professional growth and engagement through coaching, feedback, and targeted development opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and updates to senior executives and key stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing strategic insights and influencing decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.
Compensation: Our Associate Director earn between $158,200 - $237,400 USD annually. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
