The Associate Director, Strategic Engagement Leader role within the Enterprise Services (ES) CORE Office specializes in the application of advanced CORE methods to oversee complex, ES-wide strategic initiatives to achieve business results. The role serves as a strategic CORE resource for cross-domain and functional business problems warranting complex evaluation, strategic thinking and agile problem solving, including supporting the ES Leadership Team through CORE Leadership Week engagements and the annual Goal Alignment process. Skills in leading and facilitating large executive-level engagements, project management, process maturity, problem solving (including root cause analysis) and change management enable the success of this role.
You will network with exceptional influencing skills, use polished executive presence to influence the organization, and drive executive-sponsored improvements, guiding many matrixed employees to achieve sustainable, high business impact targets, including enabling accelerated product delivery. You will also develop organizational capabilities and serve as a coach of CORE advanced methods for the business.
This is a hybrid role and will require travel to support key ES CORE initiatives (approximately 25%).

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
