MISSIONS
UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEPARTMENT MANAGER:
• Welcome clients, suppliers, visitors, guide them, take messages and schedule appointments
• Sort, distribute, stamp and record mail, and manage email
• Enter and format documents, forward and file them
• Organize the business travel of the manager or team members
• Track inventory, identify supply needs and establish orders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: Occupational diploma - 2 years’ higher education (BTS / DUT)
FIELDS OF STUDY: Secretariat - Office automation - Administrative management
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Recent graduate
JOB ENVIRONMENT
INTERNAL: All colleagues within your department - Other assistants/secretaries within the structure - General Services - Accounting Department - IS Department.
EXTERNAL: Clients/Visitors - Suppliers - Service providers
VOTRE PROFIL
Bac +2 (BTS Assistant(e) de Manager, DUT GEA ou équivalent).
Expérience significative (minimum 3 ans) sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des travaux publics.
Maîtrise parfaite des outils bureautiques (Pack Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et orthographiques en français.
Rigueur, organisation, autonomie et discrétion.
Très bonnes capacités de communication et d'adaptabilité.
Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler sous pression.
