Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with distributors to plan and execute annual promotion activities for the company's premium products, including the types, content, planning, and materials of promotions.
Build relationships with premium product buyers through events and activities:
Lead and design local brand activities, such as tasting events and VIP private dinners, in collaboration with other relevant departments.
Invite and organize key local clients to participate in national events.
Tailor promotional activities for key clients to drive sales of premium products.
Collect and build a database of key local clients in preparation for recruitment into the Chinese Elite Membership Club.
Invite key local clients and opinion leaders to join the Chinese Elite Membership Club, providing them with luxurious lifestyle concepts and engaging their interests beyond alcoholic beverages.
Establish strong collaborative relationships with corporate clients:
Provide product sponsorships for important events of corporate clients within the allocated budget.
Organize suitable tasting events or promotional activities in coordination with local distributors and marketing colleagues.
Develop bulk purchase business for corporate clients in collaboration with local distributors.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury industry or with high-net-worth clients.
Excellent sales skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and develop a personal sales network.
Professional appearance, strong communication skills, good organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Prior connections within the local luxury or high-net-worth client market are preferred.
