The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Solicit and develop FI&PS business while maintaining credit quality. • Explore new business opportunities and develop new accounts independently. • Work proactively with Product Teams on cross-selling FI loan / deposit, Transaction Banking and treasury / investment products. • Maintain good account relationship with existing and potential FI&PS clients. • Adhere to prevailing risk and compliance requirements, bank policies and procedures and applicable local and regional regulations, to achieve set targets and standards. • For Vice President, assist Team Head in coaching and supervising junior team members and supporting staff. • Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience for AVP and 6-8 years for VP gained from international banking environment.

• Prior experience in covering Non-Bank FI sector and Public Sector clients is a plus.

• Good forward planning and result oriented.

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

• Possess the required qualifications and license under SFC for dealing in securities will be an advantage.

• Possess the qualification of Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) (CCRP(CL)) preferred.

• Willing to travel frequently to the PRC for business trip
